I think the debate of what you eat affects your skin verses it doesn't make any difference what you eat is a debate that will go on forever. While I acknowledge some of it is genetic and some of it is hormonal, I believe THE FOODS YOU EAT HAVE A BIG IMPACT ON YOUR SKIN! I have had sensitive, not-so-great skin on and off for a few years now, but when my diet is good my skin is almost always great but when I am eating lots of white carbs and sugars and drinking a lot of caffeine it gets worse.
Here are six superfoods that you can incorporate into your diet that will reveal healthier, younger-looking skin....
Olives and Extra Virgin Olive Oil-We need a source of good fats in our diet to help us absorb nutrients from our vegetables and fruits, keep our cells supple, skin glowing, brains sharp and mood upbeat.
