I think I have mentioned it many times but I am so excited to be the newest contributor on Project Gadabout. For my first post as a contributor, I created a how-to video. The theme for my post was the New Year, so I thought it would be fun to post about a resolution. One of my top resolutions annually is better health and vitality. So, I decided to share one of the things I do to be healthy: juicing. There are so many wonderful benefits including: maximizing your antioxidant intake, increasing anti-inflammatory nutrients, cleansing, rebuilding your cells, increasing your vitamin and mineral intake, and decreasing your risks of disease... need I say more. Hopefully, once you see how easy juicing is, you will jump on the 2012 health wagon. If you have a chance, watch the documentary, Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, and see one man's medical and physical transformation as he takes a 60 day juicing journey.
