DAILY CRUSH SUMMER MENU

When I think of my ideal summer menu it includes mostly chilled and grilled, light and fresh dishes. I always seem to find myself eating more healthy during the sumer months filling my plate with summer fruits and veggies like avocados, basil, mangos, corn, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini to name a few AND drinking tons of water.
Pinterest has become an invaluable resource for saving recipes that I want to make or have made--its like a virtual cookbook that I can not get enough of. I think probably the greatest social media cookbook out there. Today I wanted to share with you just a few of my favorite warmer-weather recipes. I hope you enjoy!
